You and What Army?

Great products, services, ideas, and beliefs are going to need an army at some point to flourish and reach their full potential.

So the the role of the leader (you) is to LEAD the army.

Know your product or service and who you army could be.

Do something so well or create something so remarkable that the army starts to build.

Once the army is built never stop asking them if they are ok or what value you can bring to them.

They are your frontline.

Without them you and whatever you do does not penetrate, connect, grow, or become a movement.

The biggest question today is do you even know who your army or potential army is? If so, love them well today. If you don’t know this answer, do everything you can do to find out by the end of the day.

The First Date

So it’s your first encounter with a possible client or fan.

How will you be remembered after the encounter?

You’re a band. Play so well and write music so unique that they want to come back next week and hear you again.

You’re an artist. Share the why that his hidden in your paint.

You’re in sales. Actually do what you promised.

The first encounter is never about sealing the deal or finding true love. Its goal must be to open the door to date or encounter #2.

With that being said, relationship is the stickiness of all great brands. Build it into every facet of what you do.
