Few things are as effective for increasing empathy, obtaining enlightenment, and securing a plan of action for our lives, relationships, and businesses as swapping shoes with another.
Let’s not make this more difficult than it should be.

Let’s not make this more difficult than it should be.
A lot like today and all of the previous yesterdays.
Only the ‘how’ changes.
The ‘why’ rarely does.
…an opportunity to contribute.
…a chance to connect.
…a moment to lend a hand.
…a time to change something or someone.
Leadership senses these times, moments, chances, and opportunities.
Tomorrow the possibility will be no different from today. We only must invoke our senses again and again.
Feelings > Facts.
Making notes tonight in preparation for a message I get to share in the transitioning colors of Vermont next week.
Here are some….
This life finds us hovering above the soil that holds the potential for gardens of growth, lessons learned, attention to detail, awareness, and appreciation of beauty. For some reason I can’t rid my thoughts of the law of the harvest and the law of compensation these days.
You can’t separate the soil and gardener from of the garden itself. Without each other, the garden doesn’t exist.
How does your garden grow and grow well? It begins with a gardener that is fully present and fully aware of his responsibility and duty to be gardening in the first place.
Weeds are synonymous with noise and SPAM.
Beauty is produced. Beauty is bloomed. Beauty bursts through the dirt after a seed is sown.
To be in continued…
We don’t like secrets. We don’t like them because they may prove that what we currently believe is false. And no one enjoys being wrong.
However, it’s a spirit of wonder that unlocks such secrets to take you, your business, and your life to the next level of efficiency, effectiveness, imagination, and fulfillment.
In all reality, there are no secrets. There’s only new and unconnected data, information, mediums, ways, and music to be discovered, written, and created in your given industry or line of work.
When you learn to listen and watch for secrets, you learn to like them. It becomes a joy to connect the unconnected and, in doing so, you will have found a secret.
All you need to wonder is this: “Is this as good as it (we) (I) can get?”
And always, the answer somehow and someway is no.
