Leaders change, refine, and refocus our definitions.
Simply put, a leader – a great leader – takes your ‘this’ and shows you it could, or maybe even should, be ‘that’.
Leadership = ‘come see.’
We don’t follow those with pretty dictionaries. We follow those with the metaphors found between the lines of the dictionaries they’ve had exposure to.
