The Moment and the Movement

If you actually sit with your moments, you will then be able to find your way to participate with the music that you are there to make or experience the music that is there to move you.

However, if you just focus on all the movement and never engage the moment, it’s likely that you’re going to get lost, frustrated, and tired from the noise of it all.

Just because there’s moving pieces doesn’t mean you always have to be one of them.

I would love to hear your feedback.
