Careful with always and never.
These words, when spoken, can be detrimental to your relationships. They freeze the subject matter and give it no room to breathe.
And these words, when thought, can be detrimental with you and your future with your customer(s).
Constantly dig into what is trending. There you should (notice I didn’t say always) find points of debate to what you think always or never happens and goes on.

I am so convicted by this. The “over-the-top” nature of my personality lends to the use of extreme words a lot, I am very careful about it in my relationships, but perhaps not careful enough. Thank you for posting this.
The over the top nature of my public personality tends to lend to statements of extremes. I am cautious in my marriage about such words, but I realize in my more superficial friendships this is something that I have not fought to reign in. Thank you for posting this. It is a well-timed word.
