Yes, this is truly a bitter sweet situation. Launches are working well. Landing a massive rocket back onto a floating platform is difficult. No even NASA has accomplished this task. Elon’s Team is very resourceful, they will figure this out. When accomplished Space-X will have saved the taxpayer millions. U.B.
