A Day Worth Revisiting

A little over a week ago I downloaded an app called Day One.

This app is focused on helping users, remember, record and track their lives.

But I’ve gone three days without an entry – and this is a problem.

Why? Because I’ve gone three days without creating something or being a part of something worth remembering or revisiting. At least that’s what this app is telling me.

A day without a cherished moment, a day without making this place better, a day without overcoming a fear, and a day without an adventure is one kept off the books (or off the app).

There are no do-overs. Create days worth revisiting.

“I’m glad I did” > “I wish I had”.

The Universal Language

The minute you, your business, or your life starts to make music is the minute you, your business, or your life starts to speak the universal language.

Music. It may just be the only thing we all agree on.

Which is exactly why you must go make it.

Deposits of Gratitude

Life across all categories gets deeper, wider, and richer when deposits of gratitude are increased.

Today is special because it celebrates and encourages those deposits.

And last time I checked, you get what you give.

The Predecessors

Practice. Championships.

Do. Have.

Work. Dreams.

Commitment. Goals.

Domination. Market share.

Knowledge. Actions.

Actions. Results.

Hello. Relationships.

Things change when we increase time with the predecessors.

If you’re going to start something…

I began reading a book yesterday called The Start-up of You.

The author quoted someone that said start-ups must be better, faster, only, or cheaper than the other guys.

Where can you be better, faster, only, or cheaper?

If you can answer that you should start something.
