Wonder takes your feet across the line and wonder brings your feet back across again….only to repeat in the next stanza.
New flavor.
New sights.
New sounds.
New joy.
And constant ‘aha’.
This is why you stay curious.
isn’t easily angered, judging, or fearful. It’s actually quite giddy….
It simply wonders how to widen the horizon of hope, deepen the ocean of possibility, and – truly – make the world a better place either by service, idea, or metaphor.
Have you ever noticed the words that hide in our words?
Quest…..Questions.
Experience…..Experiment.
Joy….Enjoy.
Light…..Delight.
This should tell us something about the worlds hiding in our world and just how synonymous curiosity is with life itself.
What we want is wonder.
What we need to get us there is curiosity.
The world has always changed with askers, seekers, and knockers.
…is the invitation, the predecessor, and the lamppost of joy.
Big or small, once you’re curios, you know a thrill is nearby.
…there’s innocence.
…there’s a spark.
…there’s curiosity.
…there’s a reason and the reason is for the love.
I hope you turn pro in at least one thing, if not many.
And I hope the amateur and the child in you are forever in bloom.
