We’ve all had the moment when we noticed a place or a people we could help.
That was the moment we became an entrepreneur.
If you responded to what you noticed, that was moment you became an artist.
Art is about a response.
Change this place.
Establish new rules.
Draw new lines.
Connect new dots.
Care of enough to actually help and the music unfolds.
Cure what ails them.
This is the gospel of entrepreneurship.
You are in the universe that holds the Milky Way that holds our solar system that holds Earth that holds the atmosphere that holds the spot that holds you where you are sitting right now.
Think about that.
It’s as if each step backwards from the spot where you are at to the atmosphere you are in to Earth to the solar system to the Milky Way to the universe is begging you to come join in its jazz.
You matter. This thing counts. There are no do-overs.
The begging universe screams – shine. Please respond with I do.
Do with that what you need to do.

Forcing your
self,
way,
sale,
agenda,
or music almost always leads or adds to the noise.
We must gain awareness to this fact: everyone has their own music they’re aiming to make, share, or be a part of.
So the goal unfolding in this new economy we’re all experiencing is not to try and force your music upon another. Rather, it’s to gauge your talents, gifts, and passions (your instruments) and see where they can fit into their music.
Do this and the musician you just contributed to will almost always respond with, “so tell me about your music.”
And once you’ve opened that conversation the rest takes care of itself.
How you see today just may affect the rest of your life.
Most, with foggy eyes, just see a Monday ahead them and have self-diagnosed themselves with a case of the Mondays.
Then there are those today that will truly have the best day of their lives. They will look back and see March 11, 2013 as the day they changed their world, changed another’s world, thought of the million dollar idea, started something, quit something, moved something, created something, or shared something.
Let’s be souls that eagerly await and move into moments that hold this possibility of authoring the best day of our lives.
This thing is happening. This thing is happening right now. Don’t just watch…see where you belong in the music.
