i met u by stumbling across super soul sunday. i froze. my life froze. my very being froze. you spoke to ME and i listened to you and then i started to listen to myself. i wont be dramatic but suffice to say…way back when, elizabeth gilbert planted a seed in me. it lay dormant till that day when i heard you. i cried and then i sobbed and then i knew. my birthday was coming and i promised myself that i will not celebrate another birthday living in that toxic state. i thank u deeply. i needed that little bit of confidence and reminder that i am worthy of kindness, respect, trust, joy, laughter and my life back. today i ordered love warrior and carry on warrior plus a few others. thank you for helping me to find my way back home.
