“I think the world would benefit from more love,
joy,

One becomes incongruent when they define success and do not live into and out of that definition.
Note: Your definition can always change. And probably should be changing. The hurdle is changing with it.
Congruence is the music that happens in the space between where your soul shines and your feet are found dancing in that glow of the lit up soul.
…with a phone call. It’s nice – and comforting – to be heard isn’t it?
…with a marriage. What/who else would you want to invest and spend your days with?
…with any exchange of currency (financial, social, relational, etc). Win-win is a no-no today for many and for some, taboo. Bob Goff rattled my cage with this thought – “God doesn’t pass us notes, He passes us people.” Let us not forget that it’s in our daily exchanges where most people are passed to us.
Alas, to be a friend and to let those friends that you have know you consider them into this sacred grouping is one of the finest human compliments.
To clarify, this isn’t a scratch-my-back-I’ll-scratch-yours friendship pairing we’re arguing for. What charms and delights here is the I’ve-got-your-back type of friendship.
I hope you will share this with someone that has paired well with your days.
Gratitude. Nothing opens us to more possibility and authors in awareness like gratitude.
Water. Your body is 60% water. More water leads to a more energy rich life. Try it, you’ll like it.
Work and creative. Nothing creates better sleep than callused hands and a mind that made progress.
Reflection. Just because we’re in the current of the river doesn’t mean we can’t look down and catch a glimpse of ourselves. The river doesn’t stop or change. The stories we live and tell can though.
Love. That verby, viby, experiential love. The kind that has no explanation other than it echoes of a place you know about, but haven’t yet seen.
There’s more here. But let’s start with these.
