Input predicts output.

Rest will predict your energy.

Nourishment will predict your performance and endurance.

Enlightenment will predict your purpose and engagement.

Yes, it’s true, you will get what you give. But you can’t give what you haven’t received.

In the end, your healthy body, mind, and soul is the best thing you could ever give us.

This is not the same question as ‘What are you doing?

However, the work, the art, the flavor, and the music happens when you connect the two questions and allow them to harmonize.

Vitamin See

For those of us blessed with vision, so much of our experiences in life hinges in our eyes.

If you want to be a skeptic, you will find endless reasons to be skeptical.

If you want to be a pessimist, you will find plenty to be pessimistic about.

What we see will be predicted by what we want to see and why we want to see it.

Jesus once said, “Your eyes are windows into your body. If you open your eyes wide in wonder and belief, your body fills up with light. If you live squinty-eyed in greed and distrust, your body is a dank cellar.” Matthew 6:22

Q & A

In the end, our greatest questions will end up being our greatest answers that we will live and light up our worlds with.

Ask the right ones.

Seek what’s beautiful.

Knock on the door of mystery.

It will be given.

You will find.

Doors will open.
